Yup, but it's much worse than just one hurricane. In addition to the hurricane there's a massive oversupply in logs from woodlot owners, so they haven't seen prices move at all. Just before the pandemic the price of board wasn't great, so a bunch of the big OSB and plywood manufacturers shut down a bunch of their mills. Then the pandemic hit and everybody started building. That caused a massive bottleneck at the mill level, which means they're just rolling in money right now. Their raw material cost hasn't changed at all, but the finished price is up like 800% or something. It's just crazy.
