A workshop stand/helping hand

For a long time I needed a workshop stand to help me with holding long materials in the vise or when I need to drill holes in it. For my next project, an hydraulic press, it is very much needed, so finally I made one. I decided to make different heads for it, a roller head for general work, a V head for round stock and tubes and a longer flat head for plate material. Perhaps I will make a holder for my camera too because I still don't have a tripod, it would be a very stable base for recording my films.
