    That yacht was obviously going down stream so it was either built or trucked up river or it was motored upriver when the water level was lower
    Never try to tell me it can't be done

    A few minutes later it probably freed itself. Likely this guy barely clears the bridge on a regular weather day but after a 3 day rain up river the level was too high to get under. You can see him backing up and trying to go back up river. If he had continued to travel in reverse and waited to turn around he'd have been fine. It was when he started to turn (too soon) that he was carried into the bridge by the current. You can see the stern of the boat drop when he goes full ahead. He tried to swing the bow but didn't have the speed or the distance from the bridge yet.
