No Philip, I designed it did the machining and welding, prepared the civil and structural analysis report then hand walked it through the department of projects and planning at Camp Arifjan Kuwait to be installed in the civilian maintenance facility. I had a few of my guys doing much of the grunt work assisting in handling sand blasting and painting plus they did the excavation, my hands don't fit jack hammers and shovels from the proposal of the contract to the testing and completion and payment took a few months. I suspect my being a member of the Kuwait society of engineers at the time, and being an American had a lot to do with getting the contract, but so did my contract to construct a set of prestressed concrete bridge beam forms we made and sent to Afghanistan.
