Not the sheet metal ones that are made for wood. But the ones that are machined from solid steel. They come in many sizes and you need to buy some that fit your table's slots. Then you can locate a stud at any place along the slot. They work with Tee slots that are found on the better tables and also with just plain through slots as found on the less expensive DP tables.

Or just buy the nuts and studs and use your own clamps.
