Very nice work!

That machine will be very handy. A couple of questions: What did those rubber ribbed wheels come off and also why didn't you leave the wheel width the same and just use a wider belt? I would have thought that a wider belt would be better.

Also a suggestion, get yourself an Auto darkening helmet, it will make your welding much better as well as easier especially with MMA welding and once you get one you will probably ask yourself why you didn't get one sooner. There are some fairly cheap ones around now that will still do a great job and in my opinion will be so much better than the hand held one you are using.
