How to make a tool post grinder for your lathe from a palm router.

This is how I turned a very cheap palm router into a pretty useful toolpost grinder for my lathe.
I was surprised at just how good the results were from grinding with this tool.
If you do make one please make a safety guard.

Rule #1 for Poor Welders. If nobody can see the poor welds, you're not as poor as you think you are.

I'm a poor welder, too, but my welds are usually quite strong. Which would leave much room for grinding!
