Thank you, glad you approve. The spindle used here is a pretty old Bosch POF 50 Router which has a touch of play in the z axis direction, the rotary tool is new out the box with practically zero play. Even so, there hasn't been a difference in rigidity when taking light cuts. When pushing both tools the rotary tool out performed the Bosch but I think that is more because of the unit being around 20 years old. (Wouldn't try anything bigger than the 370w Bosch, seems right on the money) The whole setup is far more rigid than I'd initially hoped for, really surprised me. Please see an A4 drawing Sheet attached. The drawings are of an earlier prototype but dimensions are basically identical. All metric hardware, etc.
