Where to begin with this one! How about why were they lifting an SUV that high, in a parking lot, with a forklift?? It was obviously over the capacity of the forklift which looks to be around 3000# considering the two guys standing on the back of it for added counterweight, so - wrong lift for the job, dangerously adding ballast to allow it to lift the truck. That's how people die! Not to mention anyone being on the ground when it happened which, fortunately there wasn't. They didn't judge the balance and stability of the load, nor did they secure the load to the PIT! If they worked at my company, all 3 of those guys would have lost their job along with their boss! On the positive side, it did maximum damage! In addition to likely destroying the back end (since it also hit the truck behind it) and suspension, the front end caught on the fork and nearly ripped it off! That makes it a complete failure (as opposed to a partial failure!)
