DESCRIPTION:
Homemade quick action mill spindle lock constructed from steel and bar stock, Delrin, Allen bolts, and a spring.

I have since added a safety interlock switch that prevents the motor from running if the lock pin is engaged. Works great, I glued a small magnet onto the pin and mounted a reed switch near it. Could have also used a microswitch with a lever.
