Atlas/Craftsman lathe quick change

A set of plans, a week or so and I can say it was worth it!
Of course I had to make a direct indexer to make the gears before I could get started and laser cut some index wheels. Then I had to modify the plans to use on a 12" lathe, but once I got started it was smooth going!
It's so nice not having to mess with the change gears and fast too!
