The only solution to misplacing drill bits -- verbal abuse

Jeez that was funny! Thing that riles me probably more than drill bits not being put away when I was working in a shop is the low life scumbags who put bits back blunt or worse broken.
One place I managed to get them to buy a drill sharpener because I got so annoyed at others,(day shift), inability to sharpen bits. Came in one night and had great difficulty drilling a hole and when I looked at the bit it had been beautifully sharpened - Backwards! Went and looked at the rest of the bits and they were all the same!
I have what is known as a 'prickly' personality according to some and I had a little rant. Days later I found out that it had been the foreman having a play on the new machine who had decided to go around our shop and the welding shop and sharpen every bit he could.
Myself and the other night shift guys never figured out just how he managed to sharpen all those bits backward though.
