WmRMeyers, thank you for your comments! I only disagree when you believe that there are "few deniers" on this forum. I follow the posts with some frequency (and I don't intend to do it anymore) and this is not my perception. I can withstand frequent toothache, kidney stones, deviation of the cervical spine and even a heart attack, but I can't stand a lack of respect. For a dead thread we are just going to provide a decent burial by not talking about it anymore!

Makes more sense to me to ignore the dunderheads, but it's your choice. Just sorry you feel that way, as I'd have liked to see more about it.
