What is the little surface grinder pictured? I don't recognize it.

First thank you very much for your compliments, The surface grinder is a 6" X 12" Delta-Milwaukee Tool Makers Grinder it was made in 1945, It has a high grade tapered bronze front spindle bearing and an angular contact bearing on the drive end and it runs so smooth, I got the grinder from an old gent about 10 years ago, the old gent said his father bought it new, when I got it I took it completely apart, and went over it with a fine tooth comb, replaced a few things here and their, but it does a nice job, here is a link to my web site, it shows the grinder before and after restore.
